Rip-It Lacrosse Fall and Summer Tryouts 

Tryout Information

Youth (Grades 5-8) 10:00am-11:30 am

High School (Grades 9-12) 11:30am – 1:00PM

Sunday, September 24 @ Sportsworld

Cost $40.00 / per player

As a reminder, playing for Rip-It Lacrosse in a past season does not guarantee a player will be selected for one of our teams in a future season. Current and interested players are required to tryout.

- FALL BOYS CLINICS -

     @ Loomis Chaffee, Windsor

Sunday Clinics $220

Clinic Dates: Sept 10, 17, 24; Oct 1, 8, 15

Youth (Grades 4 – 8) 10:00am-11:30 am

High School (Grades 9-12) 11:30am – 1:00PM

 

Mid-week small group positional skill work $150

limited to 12 players per group, 4 weeks,  Tuesdays starting October 3rd

5-7pm 

1. Deigned to break down and enhance player footwork, dodging, and shooting.

2. Increase shot speed and enhance accuracy.

3. Become a better, faster, and more efficient dodger.

4. Learn game IQ by running drills that call for recognition and reaction.

Players from Clinics will be evaluated and offered Fall roster spots

Tryout Fee: $40.00 (register at All Programs Registration)

Clinics included in player fee

Team Practice/Tournament dates run from September 10th - November 22nd

6 Sunday (1½ hour practices), 1 local scrimmage & 2 tournaments

Halloween Bash (Somers, Nov 5th) 

CT Cup Fall Bash (Cheshire, Nov 11th)

** Mid-week small group positional skill work additional $75

 

High School Team (Class of 2018 - 2021)* $500

6 Sunday (1½ hour practices), 1 local scrimmage & 2 tournaments

UMASS (Amherst, Nov 5th)

CT Cup Fall Bash (Choate, Nov 12th)

** Mid-week small group positional skill work additional $75

 

High School ELITE Team (Classes of 2018 - 2019)* $650

5 Sunday Practices (1½ hour practices) & 3 tournaments/recruiting events

Battle by the Bay (Endicott College, Oct 15th)

RODY 100 (Roger Williams, Oct 29th)

UMASS (Amherst, Nov 5th)

** Mid-week small group positional skill work additional $75

* New player gear ($150) includes reversible, shooter, shorts, socks, sweatshirt and bag.

SUMMER 2018

Rip-It will Field 3 Youth and 2 High School Teams

beginning June 12, 2018
 

Youth Team (Classes of 2021 - 2025) $1,095

2 Day Overnight Camp, June 28 – 29 and Saturday Tournament all held at Avon Old Farms, Avon, CT (a $485 value)

8 midweek and weekend practices or scrimmages

3 New England Tournaments: CT-CUP /Boneyard / Bitter @ Stowe, VT

Uniforms (UA sponsorship) that include, custom shorts, shooting shirts, reversible, and team socks.

High School Team (Classes of 2021 - 2025) $1,295

8 midweek and weekend practices or scrimmages

3 New England Tournaments/Recruiting Events: Roger Williams/Boneyard / Bitter @ Stowe, VT
